Day
1: Chengdu/Lhasa
Take an early morning flight to
Lhasa, capital of the
Tibet Autonomous Region. The rest of the day is for rest
to acclimatize ourselves to the high altitude of over
3,400 m above sea level. Tibet Hotel. (B/L/D)
Day 2: Lhasa
A full day¡¯s visit in Lhasa, including the magnificent
Potala Palace, the
Jokhang Temple, the
Summer Palace Of Dalai Lama --Norbulinka
and the famous
Barkor Market. (B/L/D)
Day 3: Lhasa/Gyantze
Leave Lhasa for Gyantze by bus to visit an ancient town
that has a history about 600 years. The Gyantze Hotel,
first class and the best in town. ( B/L/D )
Day 4: Gyantze/Shigatse
In the morning visit the Kumbum Monastery, a temple with
10,000 Buddha images, followed by an afternoon tour to
the Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama
at Shigatse. Shigatse Hotel, first class and the best in
town. ( B/L/D )
Day 5: Shigatse/Lhasa
After breakfast return to Lhasa by bus. In Lhasa enjoy
the local flavour dinner in the evening. ( B/L/D )
Day 6:Lhasa/Chengdu
Leave Lhasa for Chengdu by air. After lunch in Chengdu
visit the famous irrigation project ¨CDujiangyan,
a project built in 200 BC and the Flower & Pet Market.

Day 7: Chengdu
In the morning visit the
Giant Panda Research
Center in the northern outskirts of Chengdu to see the
lovely Giant Pandas and Then a visit to the Sanxindui
Museum in the Guanghan County will concludes the day¡¯s
tour. This is considered to be one of the most important
archaeological findings in China of the 20th century.
