Answer: All our guides are well-trained English speaking guides and certificated by the national tourism administration. They are friendly, experienced and knowledgeable and are very competent both in terms of organizing the trip and their ability to communicate. They could deal with all kinds of unexpected situations and help you avoid many difficulties.

Do you arrange a master guide to accompany us throughout the tour?
Answer: For a group over 10 persons, yes, we do arrange a Chinese national guide (master guide) to escort the tour throughout China. As for small groups less than 10 persons, we normally do not arrange national guides, but if our clients ask for it and are willing to pay the cost, then this kind of requirement could be satisfied.

Is the tour guide in English language?
Answer: Yes, we offer English-speaking guide.
But we also offer guides speak other foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and etc. it depends on the need of our clients.

Will our guide meet us at the airport (railway station)?
Answer: Yes. Our guide will pick you up at the airport (or railway station) in each city.

How could I know where to find our guides when I arrive at the airports or railway station?
Answer. Normally our guides will meet you at arriving gate of each airport or on the platform where your train stops by holding a board with your names on it. Please pay attention to it when you arrive at airports or railway station.

How many hours per day will your guide be with me?
Answer: Normally there is no time limit of it. Our guide will stay with you until the whole day’s program is completed.

Will we have a guide take us to the airport (railway station)?
Answer: Yes. Each time when your tour in a city comes to an end and you are going to leave for another city, our guide will see you off at the airport or railway station.
